    • Independent contractor (1099) group practice

    • Insurance-based care (primarily Medi-Cal and commercial plans)

    • Providers are credentialed under the Growing Together group practice, not as individual solo providers

    • Growing Together manages credentialing, billing, payer communication, and payments

We are not a referral directory. We are an operational group practice with established systems, compliance standards, and support.

  • All providers are added to our existing group practice contracts.

    This means:

    • You are credentialed under Growing Together’s group NPI and tax structure

    • You do not need to obtain or manage your own insurance contracts for services provided through us

    • Credentialing is typically faster than starting from scratch as an individual provider

    • Once credentialed, you can begin seeing and billing clients under our group much sooner

This group model allows us to:

    • Reduce delays in starting care

    • Streamline billing and reimbursement

    • Ensure consistency across payers

    • Remove the administrative burden from providers

Bottom line: group credentialing = faster onboarding and quicker access to billable clients.

Here’s what our providers have to say about being a part of Infant Instincts Consulting, DBA CuraNatal Health!

“I’ve found that sweet spot where science, compassion, and community all come together. As a provider, I feel supported, appreciated, and part of a team that’s collaborative - not just in how we work, but in why we do this work. There’s a shared commitment to showing up for families with the quality care they deserve - meeting them where they’re at, so they can move from just getting through those early parenting days to actually thriving.”
